National Development Plans
The National Development Plan is drawn up by GAZ-SYSTEM for a period of 10 years in accordance with Article 16(2) of the Energy Law; GAZ-SYSTEM is also the entity responsible for planning the development of the Transit Gas Pipeline System.

- Energy and Climate Policy of the European Union;
- Energy and Climate Policy of Poland (including PEP 2040 and NAP 2021-2030 together with the draft update);
- The Concept for Spatial Development of the Country;
- Policy for the development of infrastructure and the market for alternative fuels in transport;
- Ten-Year Network Development Plan (TYNDP 2024), developed by ENTSOG;;
- Legal acts of the European Union (in particular, SoS Regulations).

- The forecast of demand for gas transmission service in Poland until 2040 (GAZ-SYSTEM study of 2025);
- Agreed with the ERO President - TYNDP for 2024-2033 Part A (decision DRG.DRG-3.4311.6.2023.RTu of February 08, 2024);
- Agreed with the ERO President - TYNDP for 2025-2034 Part B (decision DDRG.DRG-3.4311.2.2024.RTu of July 04, 2024);
- GAZ-SYSTEM Investment Plan for 2025-2027;
- Reporting data for 2024.
