Projects

GAZ-SYSTEM participates in the implementation of several hydrogen infrastructure projects and the development of hydrogen market. The company is active both at a national level where it develops the ‘Hydrogen Map of Poland’, as well as it marks its international presence. As part of the European Union's efforts to implement hydrogen infrastructure in line with EU climate policy objectives, European regulations (e.g. the Hydrogen and Gas Markets Decarbonisation Package), or EU communications (e.g. REPowerEU Plan), the Company participates in cross-border projects designed to establish a future European hydrogen network. The planned hydrogen interconnection infrastructure aims to connect renewable and low-carbon hydrogen production sources with hydrogen demand sites by creating dedicated hydrogen corridors or bidirectional cross-border interconnections.
