The Anti-Corruption Policy of Gas Transmission Operator GAZ-SYSTEM S.A. in force in the company:
- defines the general framework for the functioning of the system for counteracting corruption risks and preventing conflicts of interest at GAZ-SYSTEM S.A.,
- defines prohibited activities of a corrupt nature and imposes the obligation to report them,
- also defines the concept of conflict of interest, as well as the company's approach to offering or accepting business gifts and the principles to be observed when offering or accepting such gifts.
On 25 September 2024, the Procedure for Reporting Legal Breaches, Disclosing Misconduct and Whistleblower Protection (PL) came into force, setting out the rules to be followed by the company to fulfil the obligations imposed by the Act on the Protection of Whistleblowers of 14 June 2024 (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 928).

- development of procedures for handling incoming reports,
- formulation of the rules for appointing teams to investigate reports.
