The controller of the personal data provided in the registration form is the Gas Transmission Operator with its registered office in Warsaw, address: 02-337 Warszawa, ul. Mszczonowska 4, hereinafter referred to as "GAZ-SYSTEM”.

The personal data provided in the registration form will be processed for the purposes of communication, and in particular for sending information and press materials, invitations to conferences and events and telephone contact concerning media relations with GAZ-SYSTEM. The provision of contact details is voluntary but indispensable for receiving the information being subject to this consent, or for responding to your enquiries.

The data will be processed on the basis of Article 6(a) of the GDPR for as long as the consent is not withdrawn and no objection is expressed. The data subject shall have the right to withdraw his or her consent at any time. This shall not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal of consent.

Data subjects have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, the right to object to processing and the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

No automated decisions, including those based on profiling shall be taken on the basis of your personal data.
