Supervision, coordination and implementation of tasks resulting from the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 2 September 1997 on the occupational health and safety service and tasks related to maintaining compliance of occupational health and safety management system with the ISO 45001 standard in the area of state-wide natural gas transmission and in the operation of the liquefied natural gas terminal, as well as other investment projects implemented by the Company.
Administration, fleet management, property management (excluding tasks delegated to other organisational units), insurance, personal protective equipment, and organisation of the Company’s secretariat and archives.
Internal audits and inspections, assessment of the Company’s compliance with applicable ISO standards, and coordination of inspections conducted by external bodies and institutions.
Laboratory tests, analyses, research and development initiatives pursued by the Company.
Ensuring comprehensive security (with the exception of cybersecurity) covering the entire Company, including but not limited to critical infrastructure, protection of classified information, tasks relating to defence and national security, and Information Security Management System.
Corporate Cyber-Security.
Company’s operating policy, technical safety standards, environmental protection measures and supervision of gas compressor station operations, business continuity management systems (BCMS), and transmission asset management.
Company’s financial policy, accounting, liquidity management and tariff.
Managing the ESG matters, monitoring organisational units’ compliance with the obligations under the Regulations of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) REMIT I (1227/2011) and REMIT II (2024/1106). Coordinating the Company’s obligations under Article 15 of REMIT for persons professionally arranging transactions and carrying out information and educational activities aimed at gas market participants and the Company’s customers.
Comprehensive ICT support for all organisational units within the Company.
The Company’s investment policy, support and supervision of implementation of the key investment projects, as well as risk management and oversight of health and safety at work.
Managing the Company’s communications and corporate image policy, sponsorship policy, charity and CSR initiatives, stakeholder relations, coordination of communications and marketing services.
Ensuring safety of gas transmission, capacity management, provision of transmission services and transmission system balancing.
Ensuring the effective, efficient and safe operation and availability of the systems and equipment installed on the jetty for the Floating Storage and Regasification Unit (FSRU) in Gdańsk together with an offshore gas pipeline, ensuring due performance of the Time Charter Party agreement relating to the FSRU and the correctness of settlements with the shipowner.
Ensuring safe operation of the systems and equipment at the Świnoujście LNG Terminal and trouble-free vessel unloading, regasification of LNG, and tanker truck loading operations. Operation of the Baltic Pipe offshore pipeline.
Providing legal services, legal support for the Company governing bodies, drafting Company’s internal regulations and handling regulatory risks, ensuring personal data protection.
Implementation of the FSRU Terminal construction project.
Corporate development policy within the gas market, coordinating the cooperation with customers, and developing demand forecasts for the services provided by the Company within the gas market.
Designing, implementing and monitoring the Company’s Strategy, processes related to enterprise risk management (ERM), conducting strategic market analyses intended to transform the Company’s operations; implementing projects in new areas of business operations, in particular those involving the development of the hydrogen and hydrogen derivatives market, the biomethane market and the CCS/CCSU market; establishing and maintaining business relationships with international partners.
Conducting procurement processes, designing and implementation of Company’s procurement policy, managing the procurement process, relations with suppliers and the Company’s stakeholders in the procurement area, materials and technical equipment purchasing policy including the implementation of the inventory policy, managing tasks relating to investor-provided supplies for investment projects.
Pursuing the Company’s Human Resources policy and managing relations with social partners.
