SGT Tariff

Tariff for 2027 – Tariff No. 1/2027, will be in force from January 1, 2027.

By decision of the President of the Energy Regulatory Office (sign: DRG.DRG-2.4212.10.2026.JDo1) on 2th of June 2026 “Tariff No. 1/2027 for Transmission of Gaseous Fuels” has been approved. The tariff rates (reserve prices) will be in force from 1st of January 2027 from 6:00 a.m. till 1st of January 2028 until 6:00 a.m. 

In accordance with the applicable method, Tariff No. 1/2027 takes into account a single integrated natural gas entry/exit system has been established within the territory of the Republic of Poland, comprising the Operator’s own E and L natural gas transmission networks and the transmission network owned by EuRoPol GAZ. As part of the merger of the KSP and SGT transmission networks into a single integrated natural gas entry/exit system, no charges will be applied at the PWP Interconnection Point in 2027. From 2027, it has been agreed to establish a single joint virtual point on the Poland-Germany border comprising the currently existing GCPs GAZ-SYSTEM/ONTRAS (KSP) and Mallnow (SGT).

Tariff for 2026 – Tariff No. 1/2026, will be in force from January 1, 2026.

By decision of the President of the Energy Regulatory Office (sign: DRG.DRG-4.4212.4.2025.PDo1) on 5th of June 2025 “Tariff No 1/2026 for gaseous fuels transmission of the Polish Section of the Transit Gas Pipeline System Yamal – Europe” has been approved. The tariff rates (reserve prices) will be in force from 1st of January 2026 from 6:00 a.m. till 1st of January 2027 until 6:00 a.m.

SGT Tariff calculation methodology

Tariff No 1/2026 for gaseous fuels transmission of the Polish Section of the Transit Gas Pipeline System Yamal – Europe was prepared in accordance with the Reference Price Methodology No. 3/SGT in respect of the transmission network owned by the energy company – System Gazociągów Tranzytowych EuRoPol GAZ s.a. with its registered office in Warsaw valid from 1 January 2025, 6:00 AM to 1 January 2027, 6:00 AM, approved by the Decision of the President of the Energy Regulatory Office of 20 March 2024.

By decision of the President of the Energy Regulatory Office (sign: DRG.DRG-2.4212.15.2024.JDo1) on 3rd of June 2024 “Tariff No 1/2025 for gaseous fuels transmission of the Polish Section of the Transit Gas Pipeline System Yamal – Europe” has been approved. The tariff rates (reserve prices) will be in force from 1st of January 2025 from 6:00 a.m. till 1st of January 2026 until 6:00 a.m.

Historical tariffs 2014-2024

Tariff for year 2024, Change no.1 will be in force form 15th of March 2024
By decision of the President of the Energy Regulatory Office (sign: DRG.DRG-2.4212.3.2024.JDo1) on 1st of March 2024 “Tariff No 1/2024 (Change no. 1) for gaseous fuels transmission of the Polish Section of the Transit Gas Pipeline System Yamal – Europe” has been approved. The new tariff rates (reserve prices) will be in force from 15th of March 2024 from 6:00 a.m. till 1st of January 2025 until 6:00 a.m.


Tariff for year 2024, will be in force  from January 1, 2024.
By decision of the President of the Energy Regulatory Office (sign: DRG.DRG-2.4212.32.2023.JDo1) on 2 June 2023 “Tariff No 1/2024 for gaseous fuels transmission of the Polish Section of the Transit Gas Pipeline System Yamal – Europe” has been approved. The new tariff rates (reserve prices) will be in force from 1 January 2024 from 6:00 a.m. till 1 January 2025 until 6:00 a.m.


Tariff for year 2023 - Change no.1 takes effect form 1 July 2023

On 16 June 2023 sign DRG.DRG-2.4212.36.2023.AG the President of the Energy Regulatory Office approved Change no. 1 of the Tariff No 1/2023 for gaseous fuels transmission of the Polish Section of the Transit Gas Pipeline System Yamal – Europe for the period from 1 July 2023 from 6:00 a.m. till 1 January 2024 until 6:00 a.m.


Tariff for year 2023, will be in force  from January 1, 2023.

On 16 December 2022  sign DRG.DRG-2.4212.67.2022.JDo1 the President of the Energy Regulatory Office approved "Tariff No 1/2023 for gaseous fuels transmission of the Polish Section of the Transit Gas Pipeline System Yamal – Europe" for the period from 1 January 2023 from 6:00 a.m. till 1 January 2024 until 6:00 a.m.


TGPS tariff approved on 02.06.2021:

On 2 June 2021 the President of the Energy Regulatory Office approved 'Tariff for the transmission of high-methane natural gas' of the Transit Gas Pipeline System EuRoPol GAZ s.a. for the period from 1 January 2022 to 31 December 2022.


TGPS tariff approved on 05.06.2020:
By the decision of the Court of Appeal in Warsaw of 23 April 2021, and in the connection with the Information of the President of the Energy Regulatory Office of 26 April 2021 (Biuletyn Branżowy – Paliwa gazowe Nr 28 (2429) 26 kwietnia 2021 r.),  the Tariff for the transmission of  high-methane natural gas of the Transit Gas Pipeline System EuRoPol GAZ s.a approved on 5 June 2020 was applied from the 23 April 2021.
TGPS tariff approved on 30.05.2019:
By the decision of the Court of Appeal in Warsaw of 28 December 2020, the Tariff for the transmission of high-methane natural gas services of the EuRoPol GAZ s.a. approved on  30 May 2019 was applied from 28 December 2020. 
TGPS tariff approved on 16.12.2016:
Due to the pending court proceedings concerning the decision of the President of the ERO on the approval of the tariff for 2020 introducing new rates, the tariff approved on 16 December 2016 continued to be in force until 27 December 2020.
