The call for applications for the GAZ-SYSTEM for Safety programme has now closed.

Thank you for all the applications we have received. 

Safety is a fundamental value underpinning GAZ-SYSTEM’s operations and a key element of our ESG strategy. By engaging in the development of local communities and building lasting partnerships, we are launching another initiative that tangibly enhances safety in the regions where we operate.

GAZ-SYSTEM for Safety is a programme aimed at Volunteer Fire Brigades (VFBs) based in municipalities where GAZ-SYSTEM has infrastructure or is carrying out key investment projects. Under the programme, the VFBs can purchase rescue and fire-fighting equipment, personal and collective protective equipment, as well as secure funding for education, training and the development of their members’ skills.

We are committed to enhancing the safety and readiness of the VFBs for firefighting operations, as well as fostering cooperation and building positive relationships with the local community. 

The GAZ-SYSTEM for Safety programme is under the honorary patronage of:
the Ministry of Energy and the Commander-in-Chief of the State Fire Service.

Key information:

  • The rules for participating in the ‘GAZ-SYSTEM for Safety’ programme are set out in the Guidelines for Participants (PL).
  • Total amount available: PLN 1.4 million.
  • Grant amount: up to PLN 40,000.


How to apply?

  • Call for applications: 4 May 2026.
  • Deadline for applications: 22 May 2026.
  • Results to be announced: August 2026. 
  • The applications must be submitted exclusively on the dedicated form (PL).
  • Handwritten signature: please send the handwritten and scanned application form, together with the attachments (PDF or scan), as an email attachment to: osp@gaz-system.pl.  (Applications sent by email do not need to be resubmitted in paper form).
  • By post: the hand-signed application, together with attachments, should be sent to the following address: GAZ-SYSTEM S.A. Warsaw, ul. Mszczonowska 4, 02-337 Warsaw.  For applications sent by post, the date of receipt of the application shall apply. 
  • Qualified electronic signature: the signed application together with attachments (PDF or scan) should be sent (as an email attachment) to the email address: osp@gaz-system.pl.  
  • Please note: we do not accept documents sent as download links.
