GAZ-SYSTEM awarded for its employee-friendly work environment

GAZ-SYSTEM has won the award in 18th edition of the “Employee-Friendly Employer” competition. The award is presented to companies that adhere to high standards of labour law, foster good relationships with their employees and engage in constructive dialogue with trade unions.

- The title of ‘Employee-Friendly Employer’ confirms that the model of management and cooperation implemented by GAZ-SYSTEM delivers tangible results. The award is also recognised as a corporate pledge to pursue its efforts towards raising safety standards, continue the search for solutions that support employees, and to maintain social dialogue. With the involvement of the team and our social partners, our company is building an organisation based on responsibility, respect and partnership - said Karolina Radomyska, Director of the Human Capital Management Division at GAZ-SYSTEM.

The criteria assessed in the competition included analysis of employment stability, health and safety standards pursued, and compliance with workers’ rights. The opinion of employee organisations was also considered.

This award proves that conscious cooperation and commitment yield tangible results - added Piotr Łusiewicz, Chairman of the Employee Council of the Independent Self-Governing Trade Union ‘Solidarność’ at GAZ-SYSTEM.

The certificate is a confirmation that GAZ-SYSTEM belongs to the group of employers consistently implementing best practice in employment policy and creating a safe and stable work environment.

The award is granted for a period of three years by the Independent Self-Governing Trade Union ‘Solidarity’ (“Solidarność”).
