Consultations of the draft TNC

GAZ-SYSTEM invites all interested parties to participate in consultations on the draft Transmission Network Code (TNC) developed for the combined entry/exit system in the territory of the Republic of Poland and the essential provisions of the contract for the provision of transmission services.

GAZ-SYSTEM, acting as a company designated by decisions of the President of the Energy Regulatory Office as the operator of gas transmission system within the territory of the Republic of Poland and the operator of the section of the Yamal–Western Europe transmission gas pipeline located within the territory of the Republic of Poland, has drawn up a draft Transmission Network Code (TNC) for the combined entry/exit system within the territory of the Republic of Poland, together with the applicable provisions of the transmission service contract. The wording of the Transmission Network Code developed in the process of consultations and further approved by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office, shall be applied to the combined entry/exit system within the territory of the Republic of Poland by GAZ -SYSTEM acting as a company designated by decisions of the President of the Energy Regulatory Office as the operator of gas transmission system within the territory of the Republic of Poland and the operator of the section of the Yamal–Western Europe transmission gas pipeline located within the territory of the Republic of Poland.

All interested parties are hereby invited to familiarise themselves with the draft TNC.
