Currently GAZ-SYSTEM is conducting consultation procedures on projects:

GAZ-SYSTEM launched market consultations for FSRU 2 Open Season procedure

The results of the non-binding procedure to identify the demand for additional regasification capacity of the FSRU Terminal in the Gulf of Gdańsk conducted by GAZ-SYSTEM in September 2025 revealed considerable interest of the market participants in additional regasification capacity of the FSRU Terminal, therefore a decision was made to launch a binding Open Season procedure for FSRU 2.

GAZ-SYSTEM is currently building a FSRU Terminal in the Gdańsk area, designed to provide up to 6.1 bcma of gaseous fuel from regasified LNG. This is a project of particular importance, contributing to Poland’s increased energy security. All the necessary construction works are already in progress, and the FSRU Terminal is scheduled for commissioning in 2028.

In view of the above, GAZ-SYSTEM has launched a new Open Season procedure to allow for the increase in the regasification capacity of the FSRU Terminal. The expansion of the Terminal (FSRU 2) will consist in installing additional equipment at the jetty and mooring the second vessel (FSRU 2) in Gdańsk for LNG unloading, in-process storage, and regasification.

The main objective of FSRU 2 Open Season procedure is to confirm the demand for additional regasification capacity based on the binding, long-term orders for FSRU 2 regasification services submitted by interested market participants, to justify the implementation of the aforementioned project by GAZ-SYSTEM.

To this end, by publishing documents governing the FSRU 2 Open Season procedure, GAZ-SYSTEM intends to consult all interested market participants on the General Implementation Conditions of FSRU 2 and the rules of FSRU 2 Open Season.

All market participants concerned are invited to provide their feedback and comments concerning both the assumptions for the investment project and the documents related to FSRU 2 Open Season procedure using the Questionnaire available under the Current Consultations tab by 28 January 2026, 16:00 (CET) at the latest, and send them to the following address: openseason@gaz-system.pl.

GAZ-SYSTEM considers a workshop dedicated to the assumptions of Open Season Procedure in late January. Market participants interested in participation are requested to specify their preferred meeting form - online or on site by 8 January to the following address: openseason@gaz-system.pl.

Preliminary market consultations concerning the planned purchase of biomethane for use in technological processes.

This initiative supports the implementation of GAZ-SYSTEM's energy transition strategy and stimulates the development of solutions to reduce carbon footprint.

As a renewable fuel with properties comparable to natural gas, biomethane can significantly contribute to reduced carbon footprint of technological processes and infrastructure facilities. Therefore, GAZ-SYSTEM is reviewing the potential of this fuel both for purchase and future use in its facilities.

The primary objective of Preliminary Market Consultations is to present to market participants the plans and requirements with respect to future fuel orders by GAZ-SYSTEM. As part of the dialogue with potential suppliers, the Company also intends to collect information about current production capacities, commercial conditions, and development trends in the biomethane sector. Based on the that knowledge, the scope of future orders will be thoroughly adjusted to market conditions and the potential of domestic producers.

The Company invites biomethane producers and companies trading in this fuel to participate in market consultations. A brief survey is available on the GAZ-SYSTEM Procurement Portal by 30 January 2026:
