Currently GAZ-SYSTEM is conducting consultation procedures on projects:
Consultations on the draft National Ten-Year Development Plan for Hydrogen Transmission Network 2026-2035 (18.02.2026)
GAZ-SYSTEM is launching consultations on the first draft of the National Ten-Year Development Plan for Hydrogen Transmission Network over the period from 2026 to 2035. In a dialogue with stakeholders, GAZ-SYSTEM, as the hydrogen transmission network operator in Poland, intends to design hydrogen network accessible to all market participants concerned. The document aims to define the main directions for the development of the hydrogen transmission network in Poland and to outline connections with the emerging hydrogen infrastructure in Europe.
GAZ-SYSTEM commenced the work on the National Ten-Year Development Plan for 2026-2035 (TYDPh 2026-2035) to meet current and future demand for hydrogen, in accordance with the provisions of Article 16(1) of the Energy Law of 10 April 1997 (Journal of Laws 1997 No. 54 item 348, as amended).
In line with the provisions of Article 16(15)(a) of the Energy Law, all prospective market participants interested in the development of the hydrogen transmission network are invited to review the draft summary of the National Ten-Year Development Plan for 2026-2035 and to submit their comments using the form provided by 13 March 2026 at 3:00 p.m., to the following e-mail address: wodor@gaz-system.pl.
The development of the National Ten-Year Development Plan followed by arrangements with the Energy Regulatory Office will form the basis for commencing construction work on the hydrogen transmission infrastructure intended to provide momentum for development of this economic sector.
The consultations with companies dealing with the production, consumption, distribution and storage of hydrogen are devised to create a framework for building a hydrogen network accessible to the entire market.

The Nordic-Baltic Hydrogen Corridor launches Call for Interest to help shape a cross-border hydrogen pipeline (22.01.2026)
We invite all interested stakeholders to participate in our non-binding Call for Interest. The purpose is to map market needs for cross-border hydrogen transmission infrastructure and to collect indicative, non-binding signals that inform routing and corridor design.
With the survey, we want to offer all interested stakeholders an opportunity to:
- Impact the development of the NBHC pipeline
- Engage in more in-depth dialogue with us
- Enhance the overall development of the hydrogen market in the Baltic Sea region
What information do we collect?
- Project/cluster information on planned hydrogen production and consumption
- Information on storage operators and distribution systems
- Shippers’ perspectives on likely transportation routes and cross-border flows in the Baltic Sea region
How is the survey structured?
The survey consists of maximum six sections depending on your company's role in the hydrogen markets. Before each section, you will be asked if you represent a certain type of market player and by choosing 'no' you can skip the respective section. Depending on how many sections are relevant to you, the survey may take 10-30 minutes to answer.
The sections are presented below:
- General information (for all).
- Production (for hydrogen producers).
- Consumption (for hydrogen consumers).
- Storage (for storage operators).
- Distribution (for distribution operators).
- Cross-border transmission (for shippers).
How to participate in the survey?
- Complete the survey here: link to NBHC Call for Interest.
- The survey is open 14th January – 31st March 2026.
Where to get more information?
The Call for Interest was officially launched at the Hydrogen Expo & Summit 2026 in Tampere, Finland. You can see the webinar recording here.
