Workshops on the project Guidelines on Transmission Network Code

The meeting covered debates on changes in new provisions introduced to the Guidelines as well as the discussion on operations of the national transmission system and rules of cooperation to be applied to operator-network users relations, that are to be modified.
Nearly 130 attendants of the gas market accepted an invitation, including Clients of GAZ-SYSTEM, representatives of the Ministry of Energy, Energy Regulatory Office, Office of Technical Inspection as well as the employees of GAZ-SYSTEM.
The workshops agenda encompassed the following issues:
- procedures of releasing and settling stocks of natural gas, including settlements concerning releasing stocks stored in warehouses, located within the territory of Poland and abroad;
- new solutions in the area of capacity booking, including capacity forecasts;
- intraday duties, changes relating to termination of the transition period for the balancing code as well as balancing operations within high nitrogen gas;
- changes in the meteorological control over gas meters
