Value of the GAZ-SYSTEM S.A. transmission assets increased to over 339 mln PLN
The Gas Transmission Operator GAZ-SYSTEM S.A. on 9 November 2010 acquired the transmission infrastructure worth in excess of 339 mln PLN as a contribution in kind from the State Treasury. These assets were conveyed to the Ministry of Treasury by the Polish Oil and Gas Company SA (PGNiG) within a dividend in kind from the profit in 2009. In this way, the value of the share capital of GAZ-SYSTEM S.A. has increased to over 3.7 bn PLN, whereas the value of the Company's equity capital has exceeded 5 bn PLN.
