The situation regarding the supply of gas from the east
Gas Transmission Operator GAZ-SYSTEM S.A. hereby announces that it received reduced amounts of gas over the last gas day at the entry points to the transmission system on the Polish-Ukrainian border and the Polish-Belarus border than the increased nominations placed by the customer (PGNiG S.A.). GAZ-SYSTEM S.A. declares that the transmission system is currently fully balanced, while gas supplies to customers in Poland are being made in accordance with customer demand.
Larger quantities of gas are being received through the entry points at Lasów on the Polish-German border, Cieszyn on the Polish-Czech border and within the framework of the virtual reversal on the Yamal gas pipeline (at the Lwówek, Włocławek Point of Interconnection). Gas from the west and south is being transported to Poland through these interconnections.
