STATEMENT OF THE MANAGEMENT BOARD
The Management Board of GAZ-SYSTEM S.A. hereby informs that, on May 29, 2017, Mr. Jan Chadam resigned to hold the position of the President of the Management Board of Polskie LNG S.A. The amendment shall be effective as of June 1, 2017.An Acting President of the Management Board shall be Mrs. Izabella Łyś-Gorzkowska, the Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
