Photo Story of the Official Inauguration of the Energy Academy
The official inauguration of the “Energy Academy” project, a partner of which is GAZ-SYSTEM S.A., took place on 13 April 2012 at 4:00 pm in the seat of the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The project was opened with a lecture by Mr Mikołaj Budzanowski, Minister of State Treasury. Mr Jan Chadam, President of the Management Board of GAZ-SYSTEM S.A. took part in the “Energy Independence of Poland – perspectives and strategies” debate.

One of the persons giving a talk to the project participants was Mr Maciej Łabuda, Chief Expert for Technical Coordination Issues, whose lecture entitled “Energy security of Poland – GAZ-SYSTEM S.A. infrastructure and security, LNG Terminal in Świnoujście” was met with great interest from the students present.

The “Energy Academy” is a series of lectures, workshops and debates bringing together leading experts, researchers, politicians and representatives of companies exerting the greatest impact on the energy market to facilitate the sharing of their extensive experience and expertise with project participants. The mission of the project is to build an educational institution and extensive coalition with the participation of a wide variety of institutions for the energy security and development of a stable energy market in Poland.
The “Energy Academy” is one of the projects being implemented by GAZ-SYSTEM S.A. within its corporate social responsibility. One of the features of the project is enabling students to participate in lectures given by Company representatives.
