Jan Chadam – New Management Board Member in GAZ-SYSTEM S.A.
On 24 February 2009, the Extraordinary General Meeting of GAZ-SYSTEM S.A. appointed Mr Jan Chadam as Member of the Company Management Board. Jan Chadam will be responsible for the financial area in the GAZ-SYSTEM S.A. Company. Jan Chadam has a PhD in economic sciences. He possesses extensive experience in the field of trading company management, particularly in managing company finances. In his professional career he has held the post of Financial Director, Vice President of the Management Board and President of the Management Board of Pro Futuro S.A. in Warsaw (in 2005, the Company was judged as the most rapidly developing company in Central Europe according to the Deloitte company ranking). He has also been employed in the position of Financial Director in the SIPMA Capital Group in Lublin, President of the Management Board of SIP-MOT S.A. in Zamość as well as Director of the Internal Audit Department in Polkomtel S.A. (operator of the PLUS GSM mobile network). Author of many publications in Poland and abroad in the field of finance and management and a lecturer at MBA courses, among others.
