Environmental decision for the Zdzieszowice-Wrocław pipeline
The Regional Environmental Protection Director in Opole has decided to initiate proceedings on issuing an environmental decision for the “Construction of the Zdzieszowice-Wrocław DN1000 MOP 8.4 MPa gas pipeline of approx. 130 km, together with the accompanying structures and infrastructure required the management and maintenance of the pipeline, encompassing: Section I: Brzeg – Zębice – Kiełczów, of approx. 46 km, Section II: Zdzieszowice – Brzeg of approx. 84 km.”
The implementation and impact of the stage of construction of the Zdzieszowice – Wrocław gas pipeline will encompass the following communes in the Opolskie Voivodship: Krapkowice, Zdzieszowice, Tarnów Opolski, Opole, Dąbrowa, Prószków, Leśnica, Olszanka, Skarbimierz and Lewin Brzeski, as well as the following communes in the Dolnośląskie Voivodship: Oława, Czernica and Długołęka.
Interested parties are invited to review the documentation in the case, which is can be consulted at the Office of the Regional Environmental Protection Director in Opole at ul. Obrońców Stalingradu 66, in room 4.12 from Monday to Friday between7.30 am and 3.30 pm.
