Dariusz Bogdan appointed to the Management Board of GAZ-SYSTEM

The Extraordinary General Meeting of the company appointed Dariusz Bogdan as a member of the Management Board of GAZ-SYSTEM.

Dariusz Bogdan is a manager with nearly 30 years of experience in strategic management at large and medium-sized organizations in the private and public sector. He graduated from the Warsaw University of Technology where he studied mechatronics, electronics, and information technology. In the course of his career, Dariusz Bogdan has implemented infrastructure projects contributing to the national energy security. In 2014-2015, he was vice president of the Management Board of GAZ-SYSTEM. 

The experience gained at the interface between government administration and business allows him to effectively combine a regulatory perspective with a market-oriented approach. In his endeavours, he attaches particular importance to building effective teams based on competence and creativity, as well as long-term business relationships which are the foundation for creating lasting value for the company and its stakeholders.

The appointment of Dariusz Bogdan as a member of the company's management board does not entail any changes in the hitherto composition of the GAZ-SYSTEM Management Board. From 10 February 2026, the Company Management Board will consist of four members.
