GAZ-SYSTEM adopts new provisions of the general terms and conditions of the transmission contract
GAZ-SYSTEM informs that the newly adopted provisions of the General Terms and Conditions of the Transmission Contract (GTC) will enter into force on 1 April 2024.
Reason for introducing changes to the GTC is to align them to the content of the decision of the President of the Energy Regulatory Office (President of the ERO) of 29 November 2023: No. DRR.WRG.4322.1.1.2022.IWa (regarding National Transmission System (NTS)) and No. DRR.WRG.4322. 2.2022.JJa1/JBU (regarding Transit Gas Pipeline System (SGT)).
No new obligations or conditions are imposed thereunder, neither in terms of financial security nor settlement rules. The amendment to the GTC stems from the necessary alignment thereof with the material provisions of the Transmission Contract (IPU).
The new version of the GTC is also available on our website for NTS and SGT.
In addition, GAZ-SYSTEM informs that as of 1 April 2024, Annex No. 1 to the Transmission Network Code (TNC) and the Network Code for the Polish Section of the Yamal - Europe Transit Gas Pipeline System (SGT Network Code) containing material provisions of the transmission contract, will enter into force. The contents of the IPU for the TNC and the IPU for the SGT Network Code is also published on our website.
