GAZ-SYSTEM S.A. undertakes engineering design of the Lwówek – Odolanów gas pipeline

The project has been divided into two stages:
• Stage I comprises a connection between the Lwówek, Kotowo and Krobia system points (approx. 110 km).
• Stage II comprises a connection between Krobia and Odolanów system points (approx. 55 km).
The contractor for the building permit design and detailed engineering design of the project was selected following a public tender procedure. The contract for a conceptual, building permit and detailed engineering design of the gas pipeline was signed with ILF Consulting Engineers Polska Sp. z o.o.
Among other things, the project contractor is responsible for obtaining a location decision for the project and a final and binding building permit. The completion of the engineering design documentation and the permitting process is expected in 2015. At that stage, it will be possible to call out a tender for the pipeline construction.
According to the project schedule, the completion of construction works is planned for 2017.
