Cieszyn bundled product
In accordance with p. 7.5. of the Transmission Network Code of GAZ-SYSTEM S.A. and relevant document "The Pilot Project of Bundled Transmission Capacity Auctions with GAZ-SYSTEM S.A. on GSA Platform" of NET4GAS, implementing the provisions of the CAM European Capacity Allocation Mechanisms Network Code (NC CAM) adopted by Commission Regulation (EC) No 984/2013 of 14 October 2013, the Polish and Czech transmission system operators will organize a pilot auction concerning bundled capacity on the IP Cieszyn at the Polish-Czech Republic border.
Pilot auction assumes bundled capacity in amount of 1000 kWh/h in monthly product for July 2015 which will be offered on 15th of June 2015.
Detailed information concerning the product will be published one week before the auction take place on GSA Platform in accordance with item 7.5.4.3 of the Transmission Network Code.
Both Operators agreed that the auction will be held on the GAZ-SYSTEM Auction Platform (GSA Platform). Relevant documents describing the rules of participation in the bundled product auction are available on the GSA Platform website at: https://auctions.gaz-system.pl/.
Conditions for participation in the auction set by GAZ-SYSTEM S.A. does not change and are described in the Transmission Network Code. NET4GAS decided that market participants willing to participate in the bundled product auction should act with compliance with document "The Pilot Project of Bundled Transmission Capacity Auctions with GAZ-SYSTEM S.A. on GSA Platform" approved by the Czech NRA.
In accordance with the GSA Platform Rules, interested parties should be registered for the pilot project auction till 10 June 2015.
