CHANGES WITHIN THE SUPERVISORY BOARD
On 31 December 2015, the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders introduced changes to the Supervisory Board of GAZ-SYSTEM S.A. The following persons were appointed to the Supervisory Board:
