Only a few more days left to submit non-binding declarations under the incremental procedure
GAZ-SYSTEM would like to remind of the ongoing non-binding assessment of market demand for incremental capacity at interconnection points.
The non-binding assessment of market demand is being conducted as part of the incremental capacity allocation process in accordance with the requirements of the Regulation (EU) 2017/459 of 16 March 2017 establishing a network code on capacity allocation mechanisms in gas transmission systems and repealing Regulation (EU) No 984/2013 (CAM NC).
The non-binding declarations may be submitted on the GSA Platform until 1 September 2025, 16:00 (CEST). Based on the submissions, GAZ-SYSTEM and the TSOs in the neighbouring countries will prepare reports summarising the market demand.
Active involvement of market participants is of utmost importance as proposals for incremental capacity projects will be drafted if demand for additional capacity is identified.
