The construction of a new FSRU Terminal project envisages the construction of a Floating  Storage Regasification Unit (FSRU) in the Gulf of Gdańsk area. Pursuant to the assumptions set out in the Open Season procedure, the FSRU Terminal is to be designed to deliver approximately 6.1 bcm of regasified natural gas per year.

The Open Season procedure for the FSRU Terminal consists of two phases. Phase 1 of the Open Season Procedure was launched in Q4 2021. Its objective was to obtain binding orders from the participants and their commitment to  book the appropriate regasification capacity in Phase 2 of the Procedure. Phase 1 ended with the signing of the Order to Proceed (OtP) Agreement, and GAZ-SYSTEM proceeded with the implementation of the first phase of the project, i.e. commencing the design engineering works, as set out in the General Implementation Conditions.

According to the Project schedule, Phase 2 of the FSRU Open Season Procedure is to begin in Q2 2023.

GAZ-SYSTEM will soon publish a revised version of the FSRU Open Season documentation, an updated tariff calculator, and proceed in accordance with the General Implementation Conditions.

GAZ-SYSTEM will provide more details of the actions taken with reasonable notice.
