GAZ-SYSTEM helps Ukraine
The company has made financial and in-kind donations to charity and non-governmental organizations that help those affected by the war in Ukraine. GAZ-SYSTEM has also donated equipment to GTSOU. The total value of the aid is more than PLN 200,000.
GAZ-SYSTEM decided to transfer the financial support to the Pallottine Missionary Foundation Salvatti and the Foundation of the Sisters of St. Dominic – organizations that have been helping refugees from Ukraine since the very beginning of the war. At the same time, GAZ-SYSTEM employees organized an independent collection of funds, which were also donated to these two organizations, increasing the value of assistance provided.
Furthermore, the company donated foodstuffs and hygiene products to the Polish Red Cross. GAZ-SYSTEM also assisted GTSOU (Gas Transmission System Operator of Ukraine) – power generators and modern IT equipment were donated through the Strategic Reserve Agency.
As part of industry services for Ukraine, GAZ-SYSTEM decided to temporarily change the product offer at the exit point from Poland towards Ukraine. Such a solution gives network users accessing the Poland-Ukraine gas interconnection the certainty of natural gas supply to consumers there.
