XXIX Goleniowska Mile of Independence and GAZ-SYSTEM 10 km run
On November 11, 2017, GAZ-SYSTEM invited to take part in XXIX Goleniowska Independence Mile and GAZ-SYSTEM 10 km Run. Goleniowska Independence Mile has been organized for the 29th time. This is a genuine run feast in the city of Goleniów. The tradition is that some famous sportspeople, Olympic athletes, Champions of the World, Europe and Poland are invited to come to Goleniów. The event consists of fourteen outdoor runs taking place over the city streets. The main goal of those competitions is to celebrate the anniversary of the Poland’s Independence Regain. The first participants are pre-schoolers, supported by the parents, brothers and sisters as well as invited athletes, who gather up in large numbers. So far, the youngest ones have been accompanied by Marek Kolbowicz, Otylia Jędrzejczak, Robert Korzeniowski, Monika Pyrek, Grażyna Syrek, Szymon Ziółkowski and others. Two final contests, including the main GAZ-SYSYEM 10 km Run, attended by top runners from all over Poland, stir up intense emotions. Through the support for sports initiatives, GAZ-SYSTEM, acts to the benefit of active living of children and youth within the areas of investments it is involved in.
