GAZ-SYSTEM S.A. and PJSC „UKRTRANSGAZ” increase transmission capacities in direction to Ukraine

Photo of the article Gas Transmission System Operator of Poland GAZ-SYSTEM S.A. (GAZ-SYSTEM S.A.) and Public Joint Stock Company “UKRTRANSGAZ” (PJSC „Ukrtransgaz”)  are going to increase transmission capacities in direction to Ukraine since 1st September 2017.

TSOs agreed to offer the total interruptible capacity in Hermanowice in direction to Ukraine (ID 402402) at the following level:
  •  2 825 000 kWh/h (250 000 Nm3/h) from 1st September to 30th April
  •  1 887 100 kWh/h (167 000 Nm3/h) from 1st May to 31st August

On GAZ-SYSTEM S.A. side transmision service is provided on the interruptible conditionally firm basis (interruptible conditionally firm capacity).
On GAZ-SYSTEM S.A. side of the IP Hermanowice the capacity in direction to Ukraine (ID 402402) over 1 887 100 kWh/h (167 000 Nm3/h) will be made available as a monthly, daily and withinday products
GAZ-SYSTEM S.A. will publish the final offered capacity on Polish side of the IP of particular months on GSA Platform according to the auction calenar
The agreed available capacity, on GAZ-SYSTEM side, is made available via capacity booking platform GSA Platform according to the auction calendar published by ENSTOg and pursuant to the Capacity Allocation Network Code (COMMISSION REGULATION (EU) 2017/459 of 16 March 2017 establishing a network code on capacity allocation mechanisms in gas transmission systems and repealing Regulation (EU) No 984/2013 (Text with EEA relevance).
PJSC „Uktransgaz” i GAZ-SYSTEM S.A. are willing to pursue the goal of harmonization of capacity products and their allocation mechanism on both transmision systems sides.
